The check-in process was smooth. The atmosphere had a contemporary feel. The room was spacious with a lovely garden view. The overall experience was excellent. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast with a wide variety of options, including Caribbean Lobster Tails and refreshing salads.

The service and staff are outstanding. New-fashioned rooms with big bathrooms and great beds. Variety of food options in the venue, including an outdoor restaurant.

The beautiful surroundings!

The service... as "not white" guests, we were not really warmly welcomed or greeted by most staff, but were looked at in amazement. I thought that was quite a pity. The hotel ladies on the other hand, were very friendly to us. A warm welcome from staff would really be appreciated. Every guest, regardless of origin, is a guest of such a beautiful hotel.

Location, hotel quality, best beach (Palm Beach) and swimming pool. Best hotel and location of Aruba!

Price can always be better

The staff at the resort is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist guests. The rooms are spacious, updated, and come with a comfortable king bed and a nice view, which I really liked.

The system of use palappas on the beach. A guest must either rent a palappa for a relatively high price (while already a hotel guest and paying for an expensive room) or queue up for almost two hours every day to qualify for one of the few free palappas. Not very client-friendly.

The room is neat with fabulous ocean views.

Excellent hotel, good restaurants and shop, nice beach, big confy rooms, very nice pool area, one of the best casinos in town, really top notch overall. The service is absolutely amazing, everyone is very polite.

The only possible con would be the lack of space at the beach in the high season. Avoid the high season and you are good to go.

Excellent location near other restaurants of the entire island. Highly courteous staff. - Great-sized rooms with a seating area and a writing desk.

The only thing I would say is that everything is VERY expensive.

We loved the hotel. Especially like having an adults only pool.
